The NPCs are doable. The faction is less-so, since I edited a pre-existing (albeit unused) faction that they ("Heavy Snowfall") never removed. It's the only one I'd seen that could actually have reputation (the error we know as "Faction #### can'not have reputation").

I may be able to edit the DBC, but it's not likely since the DBC editors out there are sketchy at best.

Don't worry about making an -actual- faction. I'm perfectly happy with the NPC's having their names and subnames changed.

Alright. I'll probably start adding factions in the future once I'm comfortable with editing DBCs.
